ElderTreks requires the passport in advance of departure to ensure all tour arrangements are confirmed.
Instructions:
1. Either clearly scan or take a clear picture of your entire passport page with your phone camera (including all 4 corners).
2. Ensure the image of the passport is clearly captured with out any glare, blurriness or shadows. (Color prefered)
3. Save your passport image on your computer desktop.
4. Complete the above information and click the "Upload File +" button, then select the saved image on your computer desktop.
5. Once uploaded to our site, click the "Submit" button below and wait for the success message.
Note: that the "Submit button" may take a up to a minute as it sends your information to us.
