U.S. Travel To Cuba  

It's perfectly legal for Americans to travel to Cuba! The one exception to this is travel solely for tourism purposes. You must meet 1 of 12 requirements outlined by OFAC which our departures are in compliance with. You choose the “Support for the Cuban People” option.  

You will also need a Cuban Tourist Card (a.k.a Cuban Visa) and travel insurance (A basic Cuban medical policy is included with you tour price.). For OFAC  requirements, you will need to fill out the self-certification under one of the 12 travel categories of authorized travel to Cuba.  Some airlines will request you to complete a self declaration or traveler certification form prior to boarding your flight to Havana.
